The location is even more prestigious due to the proximity of many quality local restaurants and bars. There is easy access to the wonderful beaches of São Rafael, Praia Grande and others within a 10-minute walk, or a 2-minute drive

There is a small supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. The famous Algarve Shopping Center is just a 15-minute drive away.
