- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- Bookings by travellers under the age of 21 are not accepted.

- It is not allowed to make noise and noise between 9pm and 8am.

- Loud music is not allowed inside the property or on the terraces and common areas and swimming pool areas so as not to disturb the other neighbours.

- No parties or bachelor parties are allowed.

- Condo rules and common areas available on the property and on request.

- Changes to the furniture in the house are not allowed.
