- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am

- Smoking is not allowed

- There is free parking in the parking facilities available at the property

- A dishwasher and washing machine are included for your use

Pets are not allowed at the property

- Access to the pool only from 8am to 9pm

- Reservations are not accepted from travelers under the age of 21

- No noise of any kind is allowed between 9pm and 8am

- Loud music and shouting are not allowed inside our villa or on the terraces and common areas and pool of the condominium, in order to maintain a good atmosphere in the condominium and not disturb the other neighbors

- Parties or bachelor parties are forbidden

- Rules of the condominium and common areas available at the property and on request from the Villa Manager

- No changes to the furniture/equipment in the house are allowed
